GEN4 Electro-Hydraulic Breaching Kit
The GEN4 system from Rapid Assault Tools combines a battery-powered Power Unit with hydraulic breaching and cutting tools. The portable system is suitable for tactical breaching and rescue operations.
Different kit configurations and optional accessories allow you to tailor the system to your operational requirements. Detailed technical specifications and information on the scope of delivery are available in the data sheet.
GEN4 Power Unit | HRP-BAT-4
The electro-hydraulic Power Unit supplies the connected tools at an operating pressure of 690 bar. DeWalt FLEXVOLT batteries, simple two-button controls and hydraulic quick-connect fittings support flexible operation and rapid tool changes.
The specially designed FirstSpear backpack sits high and close to the body, allowing freedom of movement while carrying the unit. The sound-insulated housing reduces operating noise.
Long Stroke Hydraulic Door Pusher | HDP11
The HDP11 provides approximately 28 cm of stroke for demanding breaching operations. Thin, stair-step blades allow engagement on inward- and outward-opening doors. A swivel hose connector and gas spring retraction make the tool easier to handle.
Hydraulic Door Pusher and Jamb Spreader Combo | HDP4 + JS41
This versatile 2-in-1 combination can be used as a door pusher with approximately 10 cm of stroke or as a jamb spreader. The JS41 is particularly suitable for entries where noise and structural damage need to be kept to a minimum. Hydraulic quick-connect fittings and internal spring retraction support rapid deployment.
Hydraulic Spreading Wedge (RatWedge) | HS4
The compact HS4 is suitable for opening sliding doors, removing window bars and light vehicle extrication. Its serrated blade helps prevent slipping. The spreader is compatible with GEN3 and GEN4 Power Units and manual pumps.
Hydraulic Bolt Cutter | HBC30
The HBC30 combines high cutting performance with a compact design for work in confined spaces. It cuts locks, fences and rebar. The adjustable, heat-treated steel blades can be replaced quickly in the field.
Large Hydraulic Bolt Cutter | HBC36
The HBC36 offers greater cutting power and capacity than the HBC30. Suitable for locks, fences and rebar, it remains compact for transport and deployment. Its heat-treated blades are adjustable and quick to replace.
Hydraulic Rebar and Cable Cutter | HRC625
The HRC625 cuts wire rope, rebar and steel cable using a guillotine-style cutting action. A hinged cutting head makes it easy to position the material, while internal spring retraction supports successive cuts. Its compact design is particularly suitable for confined spaces.
Optional Remote Control | HRP-BAT-4-REMOTE-OPTION
The wireless remote control allows the GEN4 Power Unit to be operated from a distance. The rugged transmitter features two-button controls and, according to the manufacturer, a range of 100 metres. The receiver is fully integrated into the Power Unit.
Tool Light | HTL-1
The HTL-1 provides hands-free lighting directly on the tool. A magnetic Picatinny mount makes it easy to reposition, while the flexible shaft allows precise adjustment. The light is available in white, red or infrared.
Hydraulic Tool Cases | HTC-1 and HTC-2
The waterproof and dustproof Pelican cases protect the GEN4 system during transport and storage. Custom-cut foam inserts hold the individual components securely in place. Two case versions accommodate different configurations.
Tools are not included with the cases.

All-in-One GEN3 Breaching Training Door | TD8040 GEN3
The TD8040 GEN3 from Rapid Assault Tools enables realistic, repeatable training scenarios for law enforcement, tactical teams and breaching instructors. The rugged system supports mechanical, hydraulic, ballistic and cutting-based breaching methods.
Versatile Training Capabilities
An adjustable door gap and a fully adjustable, dual-stage latch mechanism allow instructors to vary training conditions. Hotel chain hooks and large chain hooks provide additional training options.
For ballistic breach training, the latch mechanism can be replaced with real wood. The hinge side supports training with linear charges.
Configurations
The training door is available as a free-standing version (TD8040-FS-3) or a built-in version (TD8040-BI-3).

All-in-One GEN2 Breaching Training Door | TD8040 GEN2
The TD8040 GEN2 training door from Rapid Assault Tools enables repeatable tactical breaching training. Most breaching methods require no consumables. The door can be reset within seconds.
Realistic Resistance and Versatile Training
An internal spring pack provides adjustable resistance during forced entry. The progressive latch mechanism and crushable door panel enable realistic pry training. Different resistance settings simulate breaching in residential and commercial environments.
The door supports training with battering rams, sledgehammers and pry bars, as well as hydraulic door pushers and jamb spreaders. Ballistic breaching with a shotgun, explosive breaching and chain cutting are also possible.
Configurations
The training door is available as a free-standing version (TD8040-FS-2) or a built-in version (TD8040-BI-2). It can be configured for right-hand or left-hand swing. A flat black powder coating protects the surface.

Shoot House Breach Door | TD8038
The TD8038 from Rapid Assault Tools was developed for tactical breaching training in shoot houses and training facilities. The rugged system enables repeatable exercises with mechanical and hydraulic tools. A reusable breaching panel and short reset times keep training moving.
Versatile Training Capabilities
The door supports training with sledgehammers, battering rams, Halligan tools and hydraulic breaching tools. Prying and hydraulic breaching can be practised on inward- and outward-opening doors. The optional ballistic magnetic lock also enables ballistic breach training.
Replaceable Locking Inserts
Low-cost wood inserts accommodate real locksets and deadbolts or training pins. The included drill jig allows inserts to be fabricated onsite. Reusable deadbolts and easily replaceable wood inserts help keep ongoing consumable costs low.
Configurations
The TD8038 is available for built-in installation or in a freestanding configuration. It can be configured for right-hand or left-hand swing. A flat black powder coating protects the surface.
