HLOX™ Locking System
The exclusive, patent-pending HLOX™ stainless-steel locking system is based on an adjustable slot locking mechanism.
The HLOX™ locking system allows for:
- true single-person setup and reconfiguration
- zero tools, zero brackets, zero ladders
- fast scenario turnover
- rapid replacement of individual panels at any position within the layout to adapt room configurations (e.g. corner-fed or center-fed)
Multi-Configuration Door System
The UNHINGED® modular door system combines all opening directions and hinge configurations into a single product while maintaining the same durability as the wall panels.
The door system allows for:
- rapid conversion between
inward- and outward-opening as well as
left- and right-hinged configurations - tool-free setup and reconfiguration
- rapid replacement with any standard panel
Energetic / Explosive Breaching Capability
UNHINGED® is currently the only modular wall system capable of supporting energetic / explosive breaching operations, making it a unique solution in this field.
Field testing demonstrated that UNHINGED® wall panels maintain structural integrity during explosive breaching.
An additional steel door frame for repeatable explosive training evolutions is currently in production.
Third-Party System Compatibility
UNHINGED® provides the necessary interface specifications allowing third-party manufacturers to develop compatible components.
Including:
- breaching windows integrated directly into existing UNHINGED® window frames
- adaptations allowing standalone breaching doors to connect directly to UNHINGED® walls
Compatible breaching doors and windows from Rapid Assault Tools are also available through us.
Rated for All Common Training and Marking Munitions
The UNHINGED® panels are engineered to withstand repeated impacts from common training and marking munitions (e.g. FX/UTM) used in realistic force-on-force training scenarios, including:
- SIMUNITION FX Marking and Non-Marking Rounds
- UTM Man Marker Round (MMR), Non Marking Round (NMR) and UTX Rounds
- Further paintball and airsoft marking and non-marking munitions (e.g. Umarex T4E or Unit Solutions UNIT4)
Maximum Stability Under Dynamic Load
Engineered for dynamic training environments and designed to maintain exceptional structural stability under:
- fire hose operations
- repeated breaching evolutions
- multi-directional impact forces

overhead structures such as roof configurations
or catwalk-style setups*

Materials and Construction
UNHINGED® panels utilize a composite construction consisting of:
- impact-resistant, UV-protected ABS outer skin
- closed-cell waterproof foam core
- pultrusion fiberglass composite fire-retardant structural frame
The materials are engineered for demanding environmental conditions, are water-resistant and provide excellent resistance to mechanical stress.
Multiple Panel Sizes and Adaptability
Multiple standardized panel sizes are currently available. Custom dimensions can be manufactured to meet the customer-specific operational requirements.
The various panel sizes allow users to:
- replicate existing layouts
- simulate furniture and interior structures
- deploy panels horizontally for confined space drills and obstacle configurations
